V&K (Vera and Ksenya), an organic family farm, was established in 1985 by my lovely grandmother Maria von Shlezinger.
After many years my mother Vera, and I continued her business and began to grow organic products.
We grow vegetables, berries, and fruits on soil rich in minerals and trace elements without pesticides and antibiotics.
In addition to vegetables and fruits, we offer organic eggs and fourteen varieties of apples.
We also grow organic herbs and make our own unique decaf fireweed tea, seasonal jams, pickled vegetables, chutneys, and other preserves.
As a certified mycologist, my Mom Vera understands wild edible mushrooms, and we offer unique mixes of dried wild mushrooms from our forest.
We donate our products to the local church and low-income families.
