Before the tasting, we were welcomed into the Two Sisters wine cellar—a soaring, cathedral-like space that reflects the reverence they bring to their Bordeaux-style reds. Just as we sat down, a helicopter landed nearby. A family of four, clearly regulars, casually stepped out for lunch.
